Refund & Cancellation Policy

The seven-day CYOR trial never charges automatically. A paid subscription starts only when you select a plan and complete checkout.

Canceling

You may cancel future renewal through the account portal or by contacting support@cyorinc.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues through the paid billing period unless the account is suspended for fraud, abuse, or a terms violation.

Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable after access is delivered. CYOR reviews requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or a verified failure to provide purchased access. Contact support within seven days of the charge and include the account email and transaction date. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time varies.

No prorated refunds

Unused time, changing brokers or computers, prop-firm rule changes, trading results, market conditions, and failure to complete setup do not create an automatic prorated refund. Support will help with activation and authorized-computer changes.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before filing a payment dispute so CYOR can investigate. A chargeback may temporarily suspend associated licenses while the payment is reviewed.
